More Consideration is Needed to Universities

Dear Editor!

I am a student in Kabul University and daily reader of your newspaper. The daily Outlook Afghanistan is one of the best newspapers in our country and I do appreciate it. When you specified a part of the page for the readers' view, I started reading it every day and I observed different problem talked about. So I decided to send you some about the problems existing in Kabul University.

One of the big problems in Kabul University is the teaching materials of University lecturers. Here, it has become a custom that each teacher have to provide a chapter in each semester but the problem is that they never update the chapters and most of them teaches the one which is prepared 30-40 years ago.

The second problem is some of the teachers who are really not able to teach but unfortunately most of them illegally have entered in. These kinds of persons have moved the university in a very bad educational condition. So, I request from the authorized in-charges to have their attention to the universities in Afghanistan and especially to the Kabul University which is the highest educational institutions in the country.
