NSC Meeting  Discusses Strategic  Cooperation with Australia, Germany and Norway

KABUL –The meeting of the National Security Council (NSC) on Sunday, chaired by President Karzai was dedicated, among other issues, for talks on the draft agreements of strategic cooperation with Germany, Norway and Australia.
The meeting participated by senior government officials including the Vice-presidents and Ministers of Defense, the Interior and DG DNS noted that the documents on long term strategic partnership with Germany and Norway be finalized for signature before the upcoming Chicago Conference.

The idea of developing a long-term strategic partnership declaration with Norway was raised at a recent meeting of the Secretary General of the Norwegian Foreign Ministry to Kabul. It was agreed that the work on drafting such a document begin and be finalized for signature by the two heads of State before the Chicago Conference. (PR)
