KABUL - Ashraf Ghani, the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, awarded 50,000 Afghanis to 653 Afghan Air Force Pilots, officials confirmed.
According to reports, the amount is awarded from emergency fund, code 91 on Wednesday.
Reports indicate that 50,000 Afghanis rewarded in recognition of the achievements and sacrifices of the pilots against the enemies.
This comes as that the Afghan security forces suffer horrific casualties in the past few operations while retaking the territories from the Taliban fighters. (Khaama Press)
