Sheikh Abu Nasar Farahi Port Caught Fire for A Second Time

FARAH CITY - After a week of a fire eruption in Sheikh Abu Nasr Farahi port in western Farah province, there are reports of a second and even dangerous blaze in the area happened on Saturday, local source said.
According to eyewitnesses, the fire erupted today noon and the commissary of the port was unable to extinguish it.
A week earlier, a fire broke out in a joint marketplace on the Afghan border with Iran, as a result of which three fuel tankers caught fire and exploded.
The fire was reportedly extinguished by Iranian forces on time last week, preventing huge damages.
This comes as a massive in Islam Qala port in western Herat province on February 13 burnt around a thousand fuel tankers and cargo trucks that caused millions of dollars loss for Afghan traders. (Pajhwok)
