138 Afghan Sikhs Settle in Delhi

DELHI - The Indian government announced a total of 138 Afghan Sikh families have been relocated in the country, as they sought safety from the ongoing thread against them in Afghanistan.
After Afghan Sikhs were attacked in the country, the Indian government started to provide them shelters and basic essential.
Currently, Afghan Sikhs are safely relocated in Delhi and were equipped with full life facilities by the Indian government.
Meanwhile, Indian government announced their full support, saying they will also take steps to protect this minority group inside Afghanistan.
This comes as Afghan Sikhs were targeted in deadly attacks in Kabul, killing 25 Sikhs, which was claimed by the ISIK group. (KHAAMA PRESS)
