KABUL - The National Flag Day in Afghanistan is celebrated each year on Asad 07, coinciding with July 28.
There is no official holiday on the Flag Day, but citizens all across the country organizes celebrations in a number of ways.
On the occasion of the day, Afghans are encouraged to fly their tricolor flag with a classical National Emblem in the center.
The celebration of Flag Day was officially recognized last year by the Afghan government. (TKG)
