Trump Says He Could Win Afghanistan War Quickly but Doesn’t Want to Kill Millions of People

WASHINGTON - US President Donald Trump on Tuesday said that he could win the war in Afghanistan quickly, but doesn't want to kill millions of people.
Trump said that US is acting in Afghanistan more as a law enforcement agency than it is as a military.
“We could win that very quickly and easily if I was willing to kill millions of people,” Trump said. “I am not looking to do that.”
Trump said that such a plan would not involve use of nuclear weapons, but conventional ones.
Trump said that the US was negotiating with the Taliban.
“We will see what happens. It is a chance if they cut a deal,” Trump said.
US has reached an agreement with the Taliban for a seven-day reduction in violence that is expected to begin on February 22.
If successful, the sides will sign a by the end of the month, that would include also withdrawal of US troops. (1TV NEWS)
