KABUL - M. Jawad Paikar acting minister of Urban Development and Land was accused of exceeding his occupational competencies, making illegal appointments at the Ministry.
According to a document released by the Attorney General Office (AGO), the presidency issued a verdict to investigate such accusations.
Jawad Paikar, the acting Minister of Urban Development and Land had made “illegal recruitments” and has recently bought properties in Turkey, reads the document.
President Ghani also ordered the AGO to ban Mr Paikar from leaving the country until the end of the investigations. (DID PRESS)
