PANJSHIR - Panjshir provincial officials tell the media that Mohammad Naeem Dastagir, the head of rural development in the province, died in a traffic accident this morning.
According to reports, Mr. Dastagir was traveling from Kabul to Panjshir where the incident occurred in the Kalkan district of Kabul province and two others were injured.
While arrested, he was living with his family in Kabul and had to go to Panjshir daily for duty. (pasbanan)
