Maulana to UNAMA:  Don’t Meddle in IEC Affairs

KABUL - Addressing a press conference here, Abdullah urged the UN Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) to avoid interference in the commission’s affairs.
He said people should be informed about the postponement of the election results because it was the right of each countryman.
Abdullah called on UNAMA not to interfere in IEC’s affairs and said UNAMA should offer documents in support of its complaint against him.
A week back, UNAMA filed a complaint against what it called ‘inappropriate behavior’ of IEC commissioner Abdullah with an employee and demanded legal action against him.
