He added, former Director of the National Directorate of Security (NDS) Masoum Stanikzai was dismissed after the killing of four civilians in Nangarhar province last week.
“I removed Stanikzai within two minutes after the incident and told them that I would part my ways if the casualties of innocent civilians continues and you observe daily that who is responsible for the killing of civilians.” The president said. (Pajhwok)
