Trump Fires His National Security Advisor

KABUL - US President Donald Trump has dismissed his National Security Advisor (NSA) John Bolton as a result of disagreements on policy issues.
Trump tweeted: “I informed John Bolton last night that his services are no longer needed at the White House. I disagreed strongly with many of his suggestions, as did others in the administration.”
Trump tweeted that he told Bolton Monday night his services were no longer needed at the White House and Bolton submitted his resignation Tuesday morning. Bolton responded in a tweet of his own that he offered to resign Monday “and President Trump said, ‘Let’s talk about it tomorrow.”
Trump explained he had “disagreed strongly” with many of Bolton’s suggestions as national security adviser, “as did others in his administration.”
According to reports, Bolton had been at odds with Trump on some foreign policy issues, especially on the Afghanistan peace process and Iran.  (Pajhwok)
