KABUL -  The European Union (EU) and Norway has demanded the conclusion of the legal proceedings against First Vice President Gen. Abdul Rashid Dostum, a joint statement from EU and Norway heads of missions said on Monday.
“Nobody should be above the law,” the statement said, adding the EU and Norway took note of the return of Gen. Dostum to Afghanistan. 
It is important that all Afghans continue to work together to promote peace, stability and democracy throughout the country, based on full respect for the rule of law by all citizens. (Pajhwok)
