TEHRAN - Terrorists and their supporters cannot break the religious unity of Afghanistan, said the spokesman for Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Monday regarding the assassination of Sheikh JafarTavakkoli of Herat.
I'm positive that the people of Afghanistan are alert and will neutralize the enemy's conspiracy as before and the terrorists and their backers cannot break the unity of religions in Afghanistan', said BahramQasemi in his weekly press conference.
When going home, religious scholar Tavakkoli was shot to death on Saturday night by unknown people. No person or group has claimed the responsibility for the assassination yet. (IRNA)
