KABUL - A day-long seminar on different aspects, including legality and fairness, of elections will be held in Kabul on Monday, one organiser said on Sunday.
The Afghanistan Academy of Sciences would host the event aimed at raising public awareness about the electoral process, a spokesman for the organisation told Pajhwok Afghan News.
Abdul Zahir Shakeb said regional experts, researchers and central as well as provincial representatives of Independent Election Commission (IEC) would participate in in the seminar.(Pajhwok)
