KABUL - President Ashraf Ghani and Chief Executive Abdullah Abdullah of the National Unity Government have agreed on all 25 ministries, but on four conditions.

Spokesman to the president Nazifullah Salarzai told TOLOnews that Ghani and Abdullah have agreed on the formation of the cabinet according to four conditions. The conditions are as listed: new faces; four women in the cabinet; the cabinet will be introduced in steps, not all at once; and the ministers will be appointed on meritocracy. (Tolonews)
